You can now pay all Town Council fees using Flexipay. Below is how you do it.

- Enter your Mobile Money PIN
- Choose Option 2: No
- Select option 5: Pay Merchant
- Select the debit Account (Flexipay Wallet, Mobile Money, or Bank Account
- Enter Merchant Code: 245341
- Enter the amount to pay
- Enter reason:
- Select 1 to confirm
